Ecofriendly Baby Products

I received an EcoCentric Mom box to review. Opinions are mine.

As moms we all want the best for our babies. For myself, I like to use natural products with my children. There are so many brands out there that it can be hard to know where to start.

Ecocentric Mom aims to take the guesswork out of finding the very best products for your family by providing samples of products deemed to be healthy and/or eco friendly. This can be really helpful to someone new to healthy living.

Ecocentric Mom has three boxes to choose from: Pregnancy, Mom and Baby. I received the Baby one to try out, and you can see what was in this month’s box below.

Annie’s Organic Cheddar Snack Mix. These tasty bunnies are a great treat for the kids. If you’re not familiar with Annie’s, they make their snacks with organic ingredients. ($4.29 for a 5oz bag)

7th Heaven Naturals beauty mask. Now beauty masks aren’t really my thing, but many ladies love them! Use code ECOMOM2 until 12/31 for a discount! (product price $2.99)

WooBamboo wooden toothbrushes. I got a kids 2 pack of bamboo toothbrushes, which is good, since I have a 4 year old and 2 year old. I had never had a bamboo toothbrush before. ($4.95 for adult slim soft bristle, or kid’s “sprout” two pack super soft bristle) Use code ECOCENTRIC for 20% off  until Dec 31st

Grandma El’s Diaper Rash Remedy & Prevention. This pediatrician recommended, hypo-allergenic product is proudly made in the USA.  The formula creates a breathable barrier allowing your baby’s skin to breathe as it protects from moisture. We’ve been fortunate to not have a lot of diaper rash issues with my 3 month old, but I did notice a little redness the other day and the Grandma El’s cleared it right up. (2 oz tube $9.99) Use code mom for $5.00 off.

Jillian Wright Skincare Breakout Blocker. Breakout Blocker helps reduce redness and fight acne for those with congested, inflamed, oily, or problematic skin. (29ml $75)

Duck and Goose Find a Pumpkin. This is a cute little board book about a duck and goose trying to find a pumpkin. My 4 and 2 year olds enjoyed having this story read to them. $6.99 on Amazon

Bakery on Main instant oatmeal. Bakery on Main products are certified gluten free, dairy & Casein free and Non GMO project verified. I split one packet between my two kids. My son enjoyed it. Box of 6 packets @ 1.75 oz (2 boxes per flavor) online retail $5.99

Beautiful Earth Baby lotion. Beautiful Earth offers a natural baby care alternative where the fragrances are derived from essential oils. I would have referred body wash, since I rarely use lotion on my baby. (Hair & Body Wash 8.5 fl oz – retail $12.95; Baby Body Lotion 8.5 fl oz – retail $12.95, Barrier Cream 5.1 oz – retail $12.95; Bath & Massage Oil 3.4 fl oz – retail $14.95) Discount code:  EcoBE for 15% off (Oct 1 – Oct 30)

The Organic Face Lipgloss. An Organic Cocoa Butter based gloss that is sheer, smooth, and non-sticky. Glide on for intense moisture and smooth color. I really liked the applcation and texture of this lip gloss, but would prefer a lighter color. (lipgloss & lipstick $19.99) Get 15% off entire purchase using Promo Code: ECOCENTRIC15 between Oct 1st – November 1st
