  3. I did not know they were made with natural ingredients – and unclear/uncertain about the statement “you should drink up to half of your body-weight in water a day”.. for me that would be a hundred twenty five pounds maybe a little less – of water each day? Wow, that would be like a full time job. I did like that it was long acting and not just a really short term, wear off in a day or two deal.

    • Hi Cypriania. I was trying to find the statement about drinking water and have been unable to. However I myself have written a post about drinking water (http://anordinaryhousewife.com/wellness-wednesday-the-importance-of-water/) and in that post I say that ideally, you want to take your body weight, divide that number in half and drink that many ounces. So that is probably what the statement you’re referring to meant. So you would want to aim for 125 ounces of water (or roughly 1 gallon). I have a 32 oz bottle I keep on me and try to drink at least 3 of those a day. I have drank 4 bottles (128 oz which is 1 gal.) in a day. It does take thought and effort, but it is doable. Hope this helps!
