If you’re counting calories or at least watching portion sizes, a good kitchen scale can come in really handy. A good digital scale is also great to have if you come across a recipe (such as a European recipe) that measures ingredients by weight rather than cups and teaspoons.
I really like the MIRA Digital Scale because of it’s sleek look that fits in with any kitchen decor. It’s sturdy, yet thin, so it can be easily put in a cabinet when not in use. It measures in 1lb/oz/gr, gives accurate measurement in 1g/0.1 oz increments and can weigh up to 11 lbs! My husband like to use it for comparing his green coffee beans with how much they weigh after roasted.
Whether you are a beginning cook, experienced cook or just want to measure your food, this is a really great scale to half. Ad it’s not as pricey as some other “high quality” scales. You can get it on Amazon for under $25! I do expect this scale to last a while and will probably get rid of the cheap plastic one I was using.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
