Cream Cheese Fuel Pull Frosting

Ingredients
- 8 wedges Laughing Cow creamy light swiss
- 1 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Gentle Sweet (or equivalent)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp gluccomannan (optional)
- 1/2 tsp optional flavorings (maple, peppermint, caramel)
Instructions
- In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend about a minute or so, until it is completely mixed.
- Add frosting to a pastry bag for piping, if desired. Or just spread on a cake baked in a 9x9 pan or 9 inch round.
